Why hasn’t anyone signed Jay Ajayi?

I knows he’s coming off an injury but am I missing something here? Is it the nature of his injury or what?

Torn ACL Oct 8 of last year. Probably not healthy yet. The one that's puzzling to me is Eric Berry. He was healthy by the end of last year. I think he's pissed at the low amount of money he's being offered, and is waiting for a big injury/a team to get desperate. He's made close to 100 Million in his career and can afford to be choosy, or walk away if he wants, I guess. Berry has had a great career, no doubt. But at his age, he's had a number of health issues, from injuries to cancer. I'm surprised Dorsey didn't take a flier on him
