You are correct, the attacks on trump have been relentless and unfair, that does not excuse his failures, outright lies, etc in any way.
Trump is incapable of learning from his mistakes, of all his flaws that's the greatest.
I think he prob won the election, and it definitely was rigged in certain states - was it in all the close states we dont know for sure.
I would rather he learned from history, i would rather 2 1/2 yrs out of office if he still didn't claim the failed vaccine saved "hundreds of millions of lives', i would rather have him say flat out that he would fire Wray if he won again - instead of babbling that "he's not sure", i would rather he acknowledge that he hung the Jan 6th people out to dry and they are suffering because of his mistake, most importantly I would rather be looking back on his presidency and say he sure was a good president and not a total disappointment.
Stepping back and looking at the big picture. Would have failed disastrously if Trump went fuck you first term. The enemy was too powerful and public unaware. 2nd term it may work. Enemy exposed and weakened. Doesn't excuse certain Trump actions and non actions. But he deserves a 2nd chance.
Trump needs to tell mark milley that quitting wont save him, on his first day as president he will be executed without trial.
