Terrible scheduling by the WNBA.

All 12 WNBA teams were in action yesterday.

Why play on the same day as Game 2 of the NBA Finals?

Get out of the way.

Instead, schedule three games on Saturday and three games on Monday.

Can you believe there were NO games scheduled either Saturday or Monday?

I recently read the NBA owns 41% of the WNBA.

I wonder who's stuck holding the bag for the other 59%?

Jerry Reinsdorf in Chicago was smart.

He wanted no part of the league when a Chicago franchise was created.

The WNBA is in a tough marketing spot.

Do responsible parents of young sons or daughters under the age of 12 want to expose their impressionable children to the rampant lesbianism among the players in the league and fans in the stands?

It's a tough question, but it's a fair question no one is brave enough to ask.

Not sure the softball field is a safer environment. :)

One WNBA player (Natasha Cloud) is married to a professional softball player (Aleshia Ocasio).

Plenty of openly gay girls in both sports.

I remember when the WNBA was in its infancy.

Sue Wicks of the New York Liberty was the only player in the league who announced her lesbianism.

Today, the New York Liberty lists the preferred pronouns for each member of its playing roster and coaching staff.

Times change.
