Best way is to buy gas underground. I know guys that have tanks in their garages and get balck market gas for about $1.60 or so a gallon.

It is all knowning the people in the streets and I am sure in Virginia there are lots of areas where you can get black market gas.

Its all about saving a buck and hustling.
