the problem is you are associating schools opening with flu season, flu season starts maybe Nov, but typically doesn't really kick in till jan or even feb. Is 6500 hospitalizations in the midwest a lot, considering it;s still only 60% of it's prior levels, and also considering it could easily drop by half in the course of a month?


What was the narra tive in late june, when cases and deaths were bottoming? Was it, "things are way better than they were"? Nope, the media narrative was "cases are rising in 6 or 7 states"
