Your Level of Concern About the Coronavirus......on a scale of 1-10

You think everyone dressed like Antifa is Antifa, you don't realize how many of them are actually white nationalists pretending to be Antifa, #Clueless
Kane- you said people were hiding their race to blame it on the Black man. You are totally clueless.

Did you know there was a twitter account that got shutdown because the account was being run by white nationalists posing as Antifa?

Raiders thinks it's impossible for white nationalists to dress like Antifa, set fires, bust out windows, and cause as much chaos as they can figuring it would be blamed on Antifa
Jesus.why would they waste their time? they got better things to do.

I watched roughly 20 riots this weekend. A major factor was the location of the riot (downtown vs a neighborhood). The nicer areas were mainly white where the neighborhoods were black.

Baby Gap is still my favorite. They went in to Naperville, IL Very little looting but hitting Baby Gap isn't too bright.

Aurora IL and Naperville are adjacent towns. In Aurora, they were blowing up cop cars and looting the whole downtown area. In Naperville, it looked like a bunch of High School kids just walking around throwing a brick at a window now and then.

It depends on the area, for instance here in MPLS there arent enough blacks to fill the streets with thousands, the white looters who are not antifa are opportunists, not the true blue looters we all know and love.

In Chicago it is for sure 95% black looters. I'm not entirely sure about downtown on Saturday, but i've seen dozens of videos and its mostly black. The neighborhoods that got hit once they shut down the Loop on Sunday was all black 100% not one exception, tons of street vids and helicoper vids.

aslo my social media posts from Black friends pleading with their fellow blacks to stop looting. I have business in two majority black neighborhoods, used to live in one when I first moved to Chicago. Yesterday I went to clean up along roosevelt road with a non profit I volunteer at in that neighborhood. All the young and old that were out there sweeping were upset that their own people were looting in their neighborhood again 50 years after they burnt their own neighborhood down.

Its already a food desert, and now it will be worse for a long long long time.

meanwhile in adjacent hispanic neighborhoods, gangs stood on rooftops and set up road blocks and patrolled the business districts with guns. Unfortunately They didn't really try to discriminate between black looters and black people that happen to live there or be passing through. Lots of reports of assaults and intimidation on innocent people in those hoods last night.

the black gangs aren't even really gangs anymore or organized like the Hispanic ones are. It will be interesting to see if they go back to all out war like they were back in the day. for the most part recently you just saw black on black and hispanic on hispanic gang shootings.

I think its all about to change.

good luck new mayor and new police chief

horse racing news one to watch. Wednesday’s third race at Belmont Park (2:23 p.m. ET)

Fauci, a 2-year-old from the Wesley Ward barn, will make his much-anticipated debut going five furlongs on the dirt in a proving ground for the Royal Ascot meet later this month. The Malibu Moon colt is campaigned by Lindy Farms and Ice Win Stable, the latter known for its Ascot conquest with No Nay Never. Fauci, of course, is named after Dr. Anthony Fauci, a guiding force on the White House’s Coronavirus Task Force. Ward said of the equine Fauci heading into this race: “All of his works on the dirt at Keeneland have been eye-openers.”

A lot of white looters on the Mag Mile. The ones with the u-haul were definately pros. Around wrigleyville, they were white also.

I have discussed, with soc. dis. (no online horseshit) should the banana republic of usa fall to miserable socialist ways, there are many more places outside the banana republic to live with equal or better societies at far more affordable expenses across the board. Quality is there. Leave the banana to the fools.

Yes the rioting is in every city these days.....

Thought it would be much higher.

I thnk we'll need to wait another 4-10 days before we see numbers increase from rioting areas.

hopefully the heat will mitigate that somewhat. In Chicago it was fucking 95 degrees, if heat does anything, It was there yesterday. I couldn't believe the mid day protests in about 4 areas of the city.

90% pale skins up by wrigley field, marching. I hope they looted some suncreen during the weekend

Yes, lot of pale skins around here as well, good to see.

Good to see in the peaceful protests I mean.....

But very true, for this area at least, lot of good and bad protests (peaceful/violent) active with people of all skin types.

Florida with an early tally of 1300+ new cases.

their 2nd highest total in one day. The 1400+ high occurred on April 17

This is an anomaly, all these 1317 Florida cases are from "Unassigned" instead of a specific county, meaning most likely a "catch-up" tally over at least a few days.

Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Lee counties the top 3

Numbers dont mean anything, it's the % of tests that are positive that is key. that's the metric that states use to see if it's subsiding. Along with hospitalizations.

Governor DeSantis down here in Florida is talking about this right now.....

As a state we have tested over 1 million people (1,050,671) , approximately 1 in 20 citizens.

To date between 94 and 99% of people tested have come back negative. (not sure why the disparity?)

With states of 5 million or more residents only Missouri has come back lower.

And we have been wide open now for a while.......

Beaches packed, lakes and rivers full of boats, restaurants, barbers..... even LegoLand has opened!!

In addition we (FLNG/DOH) have done a lot of testing in long term facilities, over 106k residents and staff in 1415 facilities.

With mobile testing, 45 minute turnaround, you can add another 3900 long term care staff and residents that have been tested.

Of these LTC facilities, 85% that have been tested have had not a single positive case. Wow, that's a shock to me!!?

And many more have had between 1 to 3 positives.

Lastly, besides just hospitals, drive-up testing and so on, the state opened 17 walk up facilities in poor neighborhoods, places people might be overlooked.......

Another 50K tested that probably wouldn't have been tested otherwise.

Note - this is right from the press conference, please don't argue with me about what is being said.

IMO the Governor has done a FANTASTIC job! I see other states locked down and my big concern here is working on the tan......

For a state with a lot of seniors and a lot of long term care facilities I am more than pleased. Of course the goal would be zero but this is hard to get upset about.

We move on.
