Martin Kulldorff, PhD, is a world-renowned biostatistician in the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at Harvard Medical School. Bhattacharya said he had nothing but “bad news” for politicians regarding his recent research findings about the virus: martial law lockdowns, mandatory masks for the healthy, forced removal and quarantining away from home and shutting down the economy until a vaccine is developed all will not eradicate the disease in time to prevent catastrophic consequences on the entire world. Moreover, such policies will result in massive outbreaks of TB and suicides as well as avoidable deaths from untreated strokes and cancer from closing hospitals to all but virus patients.

By the way, twice in the last couple days I've seen "experts" like that Friedman clown who headed the FDA under obama say deaths are running 1000/day, only over shooting by 270 or so, he may as well say its 450, would be the same thing.. They're so dishonest, one would think a epidemiologist that's commenting on this would have accurate stats? Unless if he's deliberately lying?

They'll be just fine, deaths aren't rising significantly , are they?

Wisconsin, like some of the other upper midwest states, is building immunity at a rate of 1.5%/week, perhaps more. Sooner or later it'll start dropping.

I don't know my buddy up near Green Bay says North East Wisconsin is in bad way right now. Many hospitals are turning people away, there is a literal wait list to go in. And they've had to stop elective surgeries again, which sucks.

We'll see the deaths trend up even bigger from the doubling and tripling as of late, in the next week or two.

but it would be great for them to get some temporary hospitals and extra medical staff there. They deserve at least the concern that California and New York got. Those are good folks up there in North East Wisconsin, i'm sure many of them own the Green Bay Packers

Some South Dakota areas having to send their new covid patients to Minnesota now.

I think if the middle of the country in Missouri,Tn,Arkansas keeps bringing this under control. We should just set up roadblocks to keep people from coming in and out of the upper middle west. The rest of the country should be in good shape heading into cold and flu season.

We are looking into some hiking and camping trips in and around the badlands for an extended period of time late next spring, or if we have to wait, maybe we could go near when Sturgis is happening and go up and check that out too.
