Looking to 2007: 14 to go
During the off-season, Rotoworld.com keeps you up-to-date on what's happening with NASCAR. Looking to 2007 gives a snapshot of driver moves, new teams, new sponsors and other general NASCAR news.
With 14 days to go until the 2007 season-opening Daytona 500, here are some recent updates.

Cup team updates:
3M has announced sponsorship plans to cover expenses for Greg Biffle in seven Cup races on the Roush Racing #16 Ford. DISH Network will pick up the tab for five others; Daytona, Martinsville, Richmond, Dover and Pocono.

Trevor Boys will attempt to run a full Cup schedule with the new H&K Motorsports #08 gsmdashboards.com Chevrolet. The team will also run at least six Busch Series events this season, plus at least 20 more in the ARCA RE/MAX Series.

Petty Enterprises secured a seven race sponsorship deal for the car driven by Kyle Petty. Tire Kingdom will serve as a primary sponsor on the Kyle's #45 Dodge in 2007, joining Wells Fargo and Marathon Oil.

Busch Series team changes:
The #16 Ford driven by Greg Biffle and Todd Kluever will carry primary sponsorship from 3M for all 35 races.

Evernham Motorsports drivers Elliott Sadler, Scott Riggs and Kasey Kahne will share driver duties for the #9 Ultimate Chargers Dodge. Kahne will be the primary driver, and the three drivers will compete in 23 Busch Series races this season.

Mark Martin is scheduled to drive the #26 DISH Network Ford for Roush Racing in the season opener at Daytona and in the April race in Texas. DISH Network will sponsor one of Roush's Busch cars (#17, #26 and #60) for the entire season. Roush Racing will field the cars with other RR team drivers for the remainder of the season.

Craftsman Truck Series team changes:
After finishing second in the 2006 CTS Rookie of the Year competition, Chad McCumbee will return as driver of the #08 Green Light Racing Chevrolet with new crew chief Dan Glauz for 2007.

Ginn Racing development driver Jesus Hernandez will debut later this season in the #46 Morgan-Dollar Motorsports Chevrolet. He will take over the ride from Kraig Kinser, another Ginn Racing development driver.

Casey Kingsland will pilot the Pennington Motorsports #7 Hooters Energy Drink Chevrolet Silverado full-time and be running for Rookie of the Year honors as well. Since he hasn't been approved to run at Daytona yet, Derrike Cope will drive the truck in the season opener.

Wayne Edwards is driving Upshaw Racing's #95 Ford F-150 at Daytona and California. He was scheduled to be in the #28 FDNY Chevrolet truck but will be replaced by a yet-to-be named driver.

Larry Foyt is scheduled to drive the Key Motorsports #44 Silestone by Cosentino Chevrolet in the CTS season opener at Daytona. He'll join the #40 Key Motorsports entry that will be driven by former NCTS champion Mike Bliss.

Scott Lynch has signed a six-race deal with MB Motorsports to drive the #63 Ford beginning with the June 1st race at Dover. Jason White will drive the truck at Daytona and Atlanta. No word yet on a driver for the remaining 2007 schedule.
