Projections are made with season stats. Utah is the only team without injuries but the projection shows Houston with the value. But Houston is without Yao and their starting Gaurd Alston which basically gives all that value back. According to how I cap I don't see anything of significant value. Although the Cleveland total says over, both teams play under type style. Cleveland offense is below average but defensive is above average. Washington offense is below average while their defense is above average. Defense will more than likely dominate this game.
