Reload's NBA "Shoot Your Load" Game of the Month for April The NBA regular season is winding down and tonight it's time for my NBA "Shoot Your Load" Game of the Month for April! Although a while ago I announced packing it in for the NBA season, this play is strong enough for anyone to come out of their retirement with. It's been a profitable season for the reload-ers, and it's time for one last blowout winner! For my NBA "Shoot Your Load" Game of the Month, my reload-ers and I are taking the Utah Jazz minus 6.5 points against the Denver Nuggets. The Denver Nuggets come into tonight with two wins in a row against Golden State and the LA Clippers. But it will be a step up in class against Utah where the Nuggets got blown out in their last meeting with the Jazz. Despite coming in with two wins and being motivated to win this game for staying in the playoff hunt, I feel the Nuggets have been too inconsistent to consider in this spot and they will not even be able to keep it close. Prior to their last two wins, losses occurred for the Nuggets to two subpar teams against Seattle and Sacramento. The Nuggets defense has been even more poor than usual giving up an average of 119 points in their last 5 games and 111 points a game overall on the road this season. Despite having the league's top scoring offense, it will not be enough tonight given the poor defense and inconsistency of the Nuggets. The Utah Jazz had a four game winning streak snapped in Dallas on Thursday night and I look for them to bounce back big at home against Denver tonight. They have not lost two games in a row since December and in their most recent three losses bounced back in the next game to win by double digits. The Utah Jazz defense has been sharp only giving up an average of 82 points in their last 5 games and less than 95 points a game at home all season long. At home, the Jazz have put up some big numbers on the board offensively this season as well, including a 43% three point shooting percentage and 51% from the field overall. They are the kind of team that can play whatever kind of game it ends up being tonight against Denver - either grinding it out with defense or lighting up the board in a shootout. You might find some of the Nuggets among the individual leaders for statistics in the NBA and rarely anyone from the Jazz listed, but it's because the Jazz wins and covers as a -team- in their games. I would always much rather take the team that quietly gets it done then one with individual standout players. And another cover comes tonight for the Jazz because of it. The line for this game opened favoring Utah by 7 and is down to 6.5 at most sportsbooks. I feel that the line is too low and has been kept low due to the Nuggets coming in with two wins in a row including a higher-visibility victory on TNT this past Thursday. It may also seem to some like the Nuggets have more to play for than the Jazz tonight, but Utah actually needs this game to still have a chance for home court against Houston in the first round of the playoffs. While the 27 point win that Utah had last time out against Denver will be unlikely to duplicate, I do feel a double digit win will happen and that the Jazz will play with increased intensity coming in off a close loss Thursday. And did anyone else notice that LT Profits on SBR has the Nuggets plus the points as their free pick on the front page today? I think it is just looking too easy for many out there to take the Nuggets tonight. Get your reloads in and unload on my NBA "Shoot Your Load" Game of the Month! Take the Utah Jazz minus the points!

Utah wins big! The "Shoot Your Load" Game of the Month cashes! Gees, I guess the only thing I was wrong about was saying this - "While the 27 point win that Utah had last time out against Denver will be unlikely to duplicate". Another win over Denver by exactly 27 points! It's good to be wrong sometimes. Have a good night, reload-ers! ![]()

would rather have this game in the WNBA involving Lauren Jackson, Sue Bird, Becky Hammon or (the just retired) Stacey Dales - but this will do

Thanks guys. It was nice to get one last posted winner, and that'll probably be it for the NBA. I always stay on the lookout though. Remember what I always say - a winner knows when to quit but a reload-er knows when to reload again.
