The Browns have offered three years, $18 million with $10+ million in guarantees. Anderson's camp would go for a three-year deal, but only for substantially more money. We can't imagine the Browns giving him more than a few million up front, but agent Drew Rosenhaus and Winslow make it sound like they could get a brand new, long-term deal.
