Default NFL TOTAL THAT WILL MOVE HIGHER

I bet Oakland OVER 38 1/2 which is still available at some places (CRIS, BJ, etc)...

I would be shocked if this line doesn't close HIGHER....

BOL,

I like this game. I like this game a lot!
The Raiders defense is not nearly as good as its reputation. The fact is this. Last year the Raiders were the 3rd best NFL team defense in yardage. This came with a top ranked defense against the pass, 25th against the rush. The reason they were ranked so high is because their offense will rank as one of the worst of all time. Of all Time!. They had a total of 12 offensive td's all of last year. Every team they played knew they only had to hang on to the ball, make no mistakes and wait for the Raiders to implode, which they did each and every week. So, opposing teams simply rushed the ball, shortened the game, scored a few points and knew that would be enough.

This year the Raiders have a much improved offense. This will force their opponents to open up and score points. You can expect higher scoring games from the Raiders and it might take a few weeks for everyone to wake up to this idea.

Look for this game to go over. Over 38 1/2.
And, I agree with Shrink. This games total will inch upwards.

Got it at 38 at CRIS.

I also noticed they had Indy-6.5 and now that its gone I wonder whether I should have taken it while I had the chance?

The under is Dr Bob's best bet this week.

Clash of the titans. Although bad timing by the Shrink.

Total points scored between these teams the last 3 matchups were 30-15-25. I'm taking the under, so hope the number goes back up.

I hope it goes over for you Shrink.

Like last week, think the Denver side # is based on 5-7 seasons ago, or less. Think Raiders can scare the hell out of them or possibly win SU. But with the # going from 9.5 to 10, I'm in the minority.

The way both teams opened up in the 2nd half is how I thought they'd play the entire game, although not like the Cincy/Browns game.
Good thing is they scored enough to cover.

I hope all made some money on this.
I heard through the grapevine after this game was posted Wednesday that Dr Bob made this a strong lean on the under so the total dropped like a rock in a lake. Since I was heavily invested in this game already I just let the better number go without pounding it.

Maybe a poster who gets Dr Bobs picks or leans can respond.

I also was informed that it was a Dr Bob release AFTER I made this play...

I also just hung with the bad number (not used to that happening), and rather than pound some more of the 37's, I cashed with a 38.5 (-02)!!!!

I wasn't told whether or not it was a lean vs. regular pick but by the way the number moved, I suspect it was a pick...

The game did unfold with a much better Raiders offense than most people would have predicted and the two teams accumulated 700 yards!!!!

There could have been even more points imho...

Shrink.....

Good evening.

Why are so up so late?

It's darn near 10:30.

I'm watching my Chargers bet become a bottom of the birdcage piece of paper, LOL.
Kinda ruined what was going to be a big day.
But, any winning day is good.
