I just spoke with my son's grandmother. she was on her cell outside and you could hear the wind ripping past. Not to mention it is usually worse there than it is here, and the wind is blowing like crazy here.

	The National Weather Service has issued a "Wind Adivisory" for Cincinnati until midnight. The Browns-Bengals game kicks off at 1pm EST. The wind is expected to gust to 35 MPH. Temperatures are expected to stay in the low 30's with some light snow falling periodically.
