With the browns landing Shaun Rogers from DET...
Thats a pair of solid D-tackles And the re-signed QB anderson and RB lewis. Cleveland could win AFC north this year. |

Ugh I'm a big Packers fan too, and they always seem to make at least one move that ends as a head scratcher.

I really have more faith in the current coaching staff than when we had Mike Sherman and co.
I was upset when they let Javon Walker go, but they took that 2nd round pick and drafted Greg Jennings, so it turned out alright. Jennings runs great routes and creates distance between himself and the defender. I just hope that Pickett and John Jolly stay healthy this season, if they are counting on last year's 1st round pick Harell, we could be in trouble. |

I know you all should have addressed other needs, but I feel Brohm is the best QB in this draft class and probably would have been the 1st qb taken off of the board last year. I could be saying this because I am a homer from Kentucky, but I hate UofL. I am a UK fan and I watched ALOT of games with UofL hoping they would lose. There defense was awful last year. I remember them giving up like 40+ points before halftime to MIDDLE TENN ST! Quite honestly I wanted the dolphins to take him and we got Chad slow as a cow Henne!

I don't dis-like Brohm as a player, I just wanted them to draft players to help Rogers this season. Our first pick at WR, one of our deepest positions on the roster. This was one of the deepest class of RB's in recent years and GB didn't draft any, I think that was a mistake. I love Grant, but you need 2 backs in today's NFL and I think GB passed on a few good ones in rd2+3 What I'm thinking is.. we develop Brohm into a quality player over the next 2 seasons and then deal him to some team like CHI or KC who needs a QB. If we swap Brohm for a rd1 pick, then Thompson and the Packer's front office got great value on that rd2 pick that we got from CLE. ...maybe your team vikingboy13... lord knows you guys don't have any QB's ![]() |
