yeah, thats why they are making a killing here....there show is #1 in the mornings, every morning....they are huge in the midwest......guess bombing in SoCal wasnt so bad for them....they have been strong here for over 10 years now at least..

yeah, criticize the midwest, its just horrible here....and they are not "in" southern indiana, they are syndicated all over the midwest, we just get one of the stations they are on here....and i guarantee they make a nice chunk of change for their show....but since its in the midwest, i guess that doesnt count

Southern Indiana is no different than any other regional market. But when "Bob and Tom" wound up there after Southern California, that wasn't in their Master Plan.

It's radio. Never pretty. No visions here of "Opie and Anthony" or "Imus."

If "Bob and Tom" get time in Atlanta or Dallas, they take the next step, as much as they love the people of Southern Indiana.

Then they audition for a couple of years for the next level.

great - if i lived in the Midwest i'd be happy to get ANYTHING on my radio other than Country Music. i'd rather listen to the test signal than these clowns. on the BEST Coast we can listen to Dan Patrick, Howard Stern, (for those who choose to do so) Colin COWTERD or for those who are Gay - Ryan Seacrest

i listened to these clowns for an hour or so when they were on here and got a bigger laugh at the fatal car crash in front of me than listening to these 2 MORONS!

You are EXTREMELY insulting to those of us who live here...u act as if we have one fukkin radio station in the whole area....we get Dan Patrick, and Howard Stern (on satellite) and we get Cowherd, and we get Mike and Mike, here as well.....we have more rock/pop stations here in Evansville than we have country, we have ESPN radio, we get Cardinal games, we get Cub games, u act as if we live in a cave or something.....and many of us obviously like Bob and Tom as well, and thats fine to differ in taste....but no reason to try and insult us, and act as if we live in Podunk or something......Getting Seacrest on the radio isnt anything i would aspire to anyway

i've lived in the Midwest - Illinois to be specific

you couldn't pay me enuf to live in the MW. people who live there and love it - good for them/you - but i'll pass. the MW is like NYC - a great place to be "from"

Winky, You are wrong. Minneapolis is the midwest according to everyone and some of the best music, art, actors, writers, and so on have been from there and a large number either move back or keep homes there.

Chicago (yes Illinois) some great musical talent, 2nd city, and a number of talented people also moving back or never leaving. Tell me John Cusack is not a very good actor and I know you are blowing smoke.

They are nationally syndicated and have like 130 different city affiliates around the country, so it's not as if they are only in Indy, tried the cool city of LA and scampered back to regroup and try again in Atlanta. They still have affiliates in 10 different cities in California, Winkyduck will be happy to know.

Im happy for you. Some people like Stern, Id rather have needles in my eyeballs than listen to that POS. Its a matter of opinion, stop forcing yours on others. Bob & Tom are the second best morning show ive ever listened to, right behind IMUS in the early 90s before he got sindicated.
