My friend posted up $30,000 in September and he tried to withdraw his balance of just under $29,000 in November when Lenny on several occasions confrimed the wire but he never sent it. He confiscated the funds.

Well, 29k is only part of the puzzle. If you are saying that the two parties are only 29 k apart then we could focus on it. But you say Cascade owes you six figures and Cascade says you owe them 6 figures. You say Cascade just stole it. Cascade says they never owed it to you.

Neither party has ever come close to explaining their side of the numbers. No words like commission chargebacks - bonus reversals - beard - wise guy plays - have ever been used. Just vague things.

PK - you are asking us to believe Cascade never gave you a reason for not paying your friend. They had to say something when you called. For example: your other friends stiffed us, you are a wise guy, we're taking back the commission - blah, blah, blah.

Why don't you and your friends go to CR and solve it? Is any of the money you say is owed belong to you or does it all go to your friends? But, then again Cascade isn't exactly breaking it down on how much your friends owe and how much you personally are responsible for. Cascade has also been adamant you were on credit.

Maybe the hidden agenda here has been completed and there is no further need for the mediation. This forum has probably only received about 25% of the information. But, I don't recall a squabble on the forum before about credit players - they have almost always been about post up. Pretty rare for a sportsbook to say so and so owes us big time.

There were several postup accounts between myself and my friends. The account for 29,000 was my friend's account. In total Lenny confiscated over 6 figures between the account. Lenny agreed to mediate this with the Shrink and give his reasoning for taking the money. He started the mediation in December and then quickly backed out of it. If Lenny had a valid reason for confiscating the money he would have finished the mediation.

There have been lots of scam books over the years, but there isn't any evidence that Lenny has been running a scam for 10 years. So why would we believe that Lenny just woke up one morning and decided to steal somebody's postup cash ? And didn't even give a reason ?

When we finally hear the whole f**king story, you can bet that this involved credit players that pk had accounts for at Cascade. And you can bet that there are a bunch of stiffs in the group. If that bank wire got stopped after lenny said he was sending it, it probably was because lenny got wise to this guy just in time.

My guess is that the postup players wre just so much camouflage for the whole group scam-- send some postup money to make it look like there were real players playing.

That's why this scammer keeps talking right past everybody's questions, instead of answering. You ask if he owes Lenny 6 figures and he just says "Lenny owes me 6 figures"...never answers a f**king question-- just talks right past it.

herewego - well I like a good mystery once in a while. LOL - Maybe there is a prize for us if we solve it - haha. I agree with your analysis. This would take 5 minutes to conclude if both parties would answer the key questions. But, they don't want to.

This is a good example of where the credit business has affected the post up business. Maybe, it is even the tip of the iceberg as far as credit players who have not paid their bill.

All I know, is I would have been in CR in person for this kind of cash if my case had a leg to stand on. I am sure Cascade gave PokerKing a very explicit reason for the confiscation that he does not want to tell us. For whatever, reason - Cascade isn't telling us either.

What are the ultimate things that would torque off a book?
My list of possible reasons for a chargeback or confiscation of player balances would include:

stiffs by the ah "friends"

Beard account

wise guy play by all the acounts to circumvent limits.

line manipulation moves - fake plays - and then a coordinated bombing raid by everybody at post time.(guess that's not likely if it all came from one computer).

Oh, and scalp it with Pinnacle if you had some lead time on the moves and then send the wire to Pinnacle to replenish that account.

Feel free to add a couple things that really burn a book's butt when a player does it - haha - have a good one!

Pk probably didn't get paid the 100k+ he had posted up (thru multiple accounts aka "friends")

Because he probably owed 200k+ with his credit accounts

Maybe all the postup accounts were his and so were the credit ones

Maybe he did have friends(partners)

Either way, i think Lenny added 2+2 and figured out all the postup accounts and credit accounts were part of pk's group and combined the figures

From what I've been able to discern is that Lenny dropped out of mediation when PK wouldn't put matching funds up to settle the dispute. Why mediate when the funds aren't in escrow? Mediation doesn't mean a thing if the funds aren't in an escrow account for the winner to take. And PK's answers about this isn't an appropriate place to talk about agents really says what went on.
