The thing is that Cascade hasn't closed. If Lenny at least makes partial or payments of something to his customers and shows a committment to pay customers in the future if Cascade can somehow survive that shows some life. Much better than the BOS thing.

But, a business model of paying absolutely no one and staying in business is BS! It is what it is - wherever the business is at balance wise - pay the Joe's a dime or something and they will probably play a little.

But, Rainbow, Lenny needs to pay up something or else get out of the business. Then, I am willing to let it go. How does Cascade bring in new deposits? We are back to square one that the money is not safe offshore. The catch 22 is that Cascade could not keep anybody's money safe on new deposits. They have proven they are incompetent in safeguarding postup funds.

The only possible way they should be able to take in new deposits is to have them administered by a 3rd party. I send in a nickel - Lenny matches it - 3rd party holds it - now I will play.

That's all I am trying to say - is if Cascade wants to stay in business - knock it off with the BS and start doing business with the customer in a respectful manner otherwise, actually Cascade is the one that should be drying up and blowing away and not the customer Walther.
