was just reviewing all the posts before i go home and noticed i did not respond to one of yours

your comment about paying out something, even if it is small, to everyone has been taken under heavy consideration. lenny has acknowledged this, but has yet to find a method to do this. as you know, payout methods are few and far between right now, and the fear around here is that a number of payouts, albeit small, may ruin the processor. after reading your comments, however, we will definitely explore ways to get this done.

the pk squabble was mediated by shrink at pk's request. he lied when he said lenny renegged on mediation, as shrink has already attested to. we are currently waiting for him to respond, though we dont think he will. the fact is, lenny proposed mediation long ago, but only if both parties put the $ up front. to that, pk declined. lenny was reluctant to go to mediation because he really didnt want this to become a public matter, especially where there is nothing to win. if pk wins, cascade has to pay, but when cascade wins, then what ? we all know pk still wont pay. as far as the other guy, well, his disappearance pretty much says it all.

I talked to Lenny two weeks ago and he told me it was a problem with the check processor, why would it be any different if I called tonight? I honestly do not see why a small payout could not be made. Cascade is still in business and I assume the staff is being paid, so why can't I be paid?

Thanks Shrink for finally (3 days) answering my question. Pokerking has repeatedly said in this thread that Lenny has refused to allow you to mediate this dispute...let's hope it doesn't take 3 days for him to respond to your post!

This is a complex case; I believe that Lenny will eventually pay everyone; I believe that Lenny and Richard are honorable men; but I can understand others feeling differently.

What should not be complex is figuring out whether as Pokerking states that Cascade/Lenny stiffed him for 6 figures or whether as Cascade says, Pokerking stiffed Lenny/Cascade for 6 figures. I would hope that the Shrink could at least determine which one is telling the truth in that aspect of this case...assuming that Lenny and Pokerking agree to the mediation.

Curiousity runs rampant on exactly what this mediation would be focused on. Apparently, it is so crucial to the cash flow that the postup guys will not get a payment of any kind in the near future without it. Wish I would have asked if PokerKing has been shut down and the problem cannot get any worse. Makes you wonder if the exact thing is going on between PokerKing and other books?

2. Why did horizon group toss them after one month(don't use software excuse, we all know that is not true)
3. If like you say this guy from dimeplayer owes a ton(did you ever pay him out?) If not..then your cash flow would not be affected).
4. I read that you are waiting for large B2B balances to be settled. IF that's the case why can't you transer to the books that owe you? We all know that no books will transfer with you at this time. So This excuse just sounds like a smokescreen.
