I watched this guy at the beginning of his career and NO ONE got on base for any reason.

Now, they get on base regularly.

I dont understand.

His problem tonight was that he kept throwing his third pitch. The guy is a fastball/slider pitcher and that's how he gets his out. His fastball is dominant, and his slider has a lot of movement. Tonight, however, he kept forcing his curve, which obviously led to trouble.
