| I can't locate the Diamondbacks @ Cubs game. I do not live in Arizona or Chicago, this game should not be blacked out for me. It is not on any local or other channel. My guide is all messed up it's saying it should be on Monday for extra innings, that's incorrect. Is MLB Extra Innings fucking up for anyone else..? This is pissing me off. |

| What? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That isn't accurate. What does Fox showing a game have to do with the other stations being broadcast through Extra Innings..? None of those stations are even FOX, they are all local through each teams state. None of the broadcasts are national. |

| Just got off the phone w/ DTV. The dumb ass bitch had no idea what was going on, she said the afternoon games aren't even listed on her end for some reason. Somebody fell asleep at the wheel, this entire slate of games is fucked up and not showing. |

Yes actually it is accurate. Surprised you have never had that happen before. Like that every single Saturday that fox has a game. Nothing new.

"FOX NETWORK BLACKOUT INFORMATION: For every Saturday of the regular season, the FOX Television Network has the exclusive national rights to broadcast games up until 7:00pm ET (4:00pm PT). So, while you will not receive Major League Baseball games on your MLB EXTRA INNINGS channels any of those Saturday mornings or afternoons, you will receive the available Saturday night games that begin after 7:00pm ET (4:00pm PT). For Saturday morning and afternoon games, check out the FOX Network local schedule." So basically, FOX chooses ONE game to broadcast, so all other games one day a week you're unavailable to watch during the afternoon on a subscription you pay $250 total for. Ridiculous. The dumbass DTV employee wasn't even aware of this.

| The blackout Rule has always been in place... and for good reason.... Ratings..... so they can get more money from the National Broadcast companies... Same is True for Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN..... The other nights ESPN has games then teams are able to be shown on Local Broadcasts.. Just not those 2 time slots.... Normally there is not more than one or 2 games being broadcast at that time so get the hell over it.... Many times Fox will have 2 Games on Nationally and split the Nation with them and you will see the game that has more relevance to your market, Because Today I watched the Cubs/Dbacks Game on Fox... Bob Brenly is a fucking idiot.... |

| I can see why they'd do it, I am just glad they don't pull that shit with the Sunday Ticket. I'd flip the fuck out if any game(s) were completely blacked out from coverage, other than what's already airing locally. |
