Some days I feel 25ish, some times I feel 3 steps away from the grave.

You seem to take care of your health Mo and that's good, that's the best advice I could ever give a younger person like yourself. And to not ever get dependent on pills,booze,recreational drugs, ect....

Yeah, with the influx of threads, been trying to be more of a "replier" of late myself.

Just a tough time of year as well, with only baseball going on. Kind of amazing how active the forum is considering it's July 3rd, and I'm not just talking about employees. A lot of different folks participating.

As we get closer to football, it should REALLY be hopping around here. Very exciting

ty. i like to drink more than i should, but i eat well usually and try to get to the gym about 5 times a week even though i dont always do much when im in there. im active all day though, i stand up in between about half of my posts and walk around and then sit back down.
