when you made the request did they say call back in 10 minutes? The reason i'm asking is cause every book i've got a MG from always tell me to call back the next day at the earliest to get my control number. I've never had a book say call back in 10,15,30 minutes or even an hour.

Kid, we post the MG transfer No. as a message in player's account and email it if the client requests. Our new offices are in the same building as a major international bank so these transfers are pretty easy to get handled depending on the time of day.

Having said that, I don't want guys to think that someone is just sitting there waiting to run downstairs so "your mileage may vary". ...

I believe the client was told on the phone 2-3 hours as that is the standard reply from STAFF . . . . so as Judge stated 10 min is DEF not Normal AND I don't want people to misunderstand this Thread

2-3 Hrs = Normal Time--frames
