Default What you can make posting/modding for a living

1. Head moderator - $48,000/yr. (this does not apply to General as I believe he also owns part of EOG. I could be wrong)
2. Moderator - $24,000/yr.
3. Paid Poster - $1,200/yr.

You are about to find out you are wrong on all three.

Might be a bit strong on #1 and 2, at least on average. I know some mods are making much less than 2k a month at smaller forums. Probably only a few dozen mods at all forums make as much as 24K a year. Most general interest forum mods are volunteers.

I expect a paid poster makes much more than $1,200 a year.

Identity,

Paid posters usually average between 500-1000 dollars per month on the larger gambling sites...

If ID figures are right I cant see how anyone could make a living just being a moderator or head mod.

24,000/ 48,000 a year with no health care package or pension plan your just one stroke or layoff from the poor house id think.

Dont most mods have real jobs? I think hache and Bucs have said they do

Wrigley you seem to be about as interested in what a mod makes and all that goes on...what do YOU DO, and what DO YOU MAKE?

You think you know so much about everyone else.

I live in one of the most expensive states in the country, there is no way in hell I could survive bringing home anything less than 1k a week, impossible.

I never based my 'existence' on the forum pay to begin with so it never mattered outside of the forums and gambling....two entirely different worlds.

But knowing a stiff like you, you probably dont even report your moderator income.
