This company make aprox. 1.25 mil A DAY profit I know the aint tryin to screw anybody and fuck up their reputaion but this seems a little excessive.
Maybe I'm a bit freaked out this is how Im payin for college next year. |

The E-Checks seem to be backed up. The most recent news I've seen on my poker forum is that people who have requested withdrawal by E-check have been experiencing delays of over 2 weeks. They also stated that there is no delay for a paper check withdrawal. I'm sure the loss of E-passporte as an option has overwhelmed the E-check processor. I am confident that PS will catch up. Lets keep our fingers crossed. The bad taste of NetTeller still lingers in my mouth.

Got an Email today saying the processor sent it out Tuesday (May 6th) and it should be here in 3-5 business days from that date. I think this is an honest delay on the processor as epassporte left. Ill keep u guys informed.

Theres a thread on twoplustwo from "Host Paul" that states Pokerstars will give everybody that cashed out with echeck from April 13th to May 10th 20% added for their inconvience. This would be a solid jesture. Full Tilt gave away 300 bux but in bonus form (you have to earn it). This states it will be added to your account for any purpose including cashing out.

That 20% is a great gesture. Hopefully sportsbooks who can be slow to pay with "processor problems" will take notice.

I'm having more than just trouble getting my cashouts. They owe me two p-syouts also, and when I complained about it to them they are threatening to close my account! That is downright theivery! I used to love Poker Stars, but now I see them for the crooks they are!

I'm having cashout issues as well with them using the eCheck method. Cashout for the new maximum of $2500 was sent on May 12. When I inquired 10 calendar days later I was told I had no right to complain until the 27th. Did so, was told they still have problems and I needed to send them a screen shot of my bank account. Didn't want to but hell, they have the numbers anyway. Reply today is that I need to give it another 10 business days and cannot convert my cashout to a paper check. After I get this cleared I'll be requesting my balance via paper check. I had a cashout in Feb. of $4000 with no issues but I'm now totally uncomfortable with the site's treatment of customers. The implications from having to send my bank account contents as if they don't know if I received the funds or not and their cavalier attitude with MY money are statement enough. It ain't winning if they don't pay off and in a much more timely fashion. I've certainly heard nothing about 20% more but my request was after the 10th but that just serves to piss me off more that I'm being offered nothing but platitudes and stalls.

I did my cashout on May 12th and have not gotten mine yet. I sent them several emails and keep pretty much getting the same response, that I just have to wait. They avoided the subject when I asked about any extra compensation. They knew there was a processor backlog when I did the cash out on the 12th and they should of informed everyone then that the check was the better option. I made a 2nd cash out 4 days later by check and received it in a matter of days. They have made several thousand dollars off of entries fees and rake not only from myself but from the friends I brought to their site and find it hard to believe they are doing nothing to try to make it up to customers. The last email I just sent told them I was switching to Full Tilt, hope that does not piss them off so much that I never see my money!!!

Well after telling them I was switching to Full Tilt they gave me 500 Frequent player points. Not a lot but at least gave me something. Better than the 500FPP, I got my money yesterday. Dont know if the threat worked or if it was just coincidence.
