Guerrero vs Peralta Boxing Odds -*Spike TV kicks off a big weekend of combat sports on Friday with Bellator 160, and saturday night sees a full night of Premier Boxing Champions boxing headlined by Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero taking on Argentina's David Emmanuel Peralta.

We last saw Guerrero in January of this year, when he lost a unanimous decision to Danny Garcia on a PBC show broadcast on FOX. That fight was for a vacant WBC world title at welterweight, and Guerrero lost the fight 116-112 on the cards of all three judges, so he must feel he is still fighting at a world title level. Going back to May 4th of 2013 when Guerrero lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr (by three judges cards of 117-111), Guerrero has been inacitve and inconsistent, going 2-2.

Peralta is stepping into deep waters for his first big test. This is his first fight outside of his native Argentina, and he has no one on his resume like Guerrero or the men Guerrero has been facing. Along with Floyd and Garcia, toss in WBA world champion Keith Thurman as another one of Guerrero's recent fights and his competition level is sky high compared to Peralta. Guerrero is basically fighting to prove he still has something left in the tank.

Two of the other fights on the card are getting attention from the sports books as well. Veteran slugger Alfredo Angulo faces off against Freddy Hernandez and undefeated former 2012 Olympian Terrell Gausha (18-0) faces off against Steven Martinez (16-2).
