Thursday Night Boxing Features Comebacks - The Premier Boxing Champions are back on Fox Sports 1 this Thursday, February 2nd with a welterweight heavy offering that will see the main events air on Fox Sports 1.

Cuba's Yordenis Ugas, the TSS "Comeback Fighter of the Year" in 2016 returns to the ring to face veteran Levan Ghvamichava in the PBC on Fox Sports 1 broadcast's main event. Ugas returned in August of last year after a layoff of more than two years and he went 2-0 since, netting two impressive wins against Jamal James and Bryant Perrella. Both undefeated fighters entered their fights with Ugas as favorites and both tasted defeat for the first time. The secret is out that a renewed Ugas is in the mix, and he will enter this match with the veteran Ghvamichava a favorite.

More 10 round welterweight action sees Sammy "The Who Can Mexican" Vasquez return to the ring for the first time since his July of 2016 loss to Felix Diaz as he faces Luis Collazo. Vasquez' career was on an upward trajectory prior to the unexpected loss to Diaz and in this fight he faces a ral veteran in Collazo. Collazo has been in there with some of the best fighters in the world such as Ricky Hatton, Shane Mosley, Andre Berto, Amir Khan and Terence Crawford and how Vasquez handles Collazo's experience will tell us a lot about whether Vasquez is ready to progress. Collazo held the WBA world welterweight title earlier in his career, but that was over 11 years ago now.

The card*also features highly regarded welterweight up and comers Ryan Karl (13-0) and Eddie Ramirez (15-0) in a ten round bout.
