cheap, but not a fan of the move. He strikes out way too much. 215 hitter.

If sandy is still running the mets he should retire after that move. frazier stinks

A team like the Mets in their market should be after moose if they want a third basemen.

The Sny cronies are blowing the Wilpons saying how smart sandy is by waiting for the market to come to him. They also claim the Mets have been the most active team in the free agent market lol. They are saying he has enough cash left to get a pitcher now!

Like the old Home Run Detby announcer used to say - it’s a Home run or nothing. That is Todd Frazier to a T.

Moush would have been a much better fit, but priced out of the Mets budget.

Jake to the Dodgers? They freed up some $$ in the offseason. The Yankees would have to be in the hunt as well.

I’m sure Boras didn’t lower the price, probably raised it.

    Wow.

Not a good signing but still better than the Heyward one.

I hope Boras realizes he’s not going to find that Scherzer-type contract there.

Mets signed lefty Jason Vargas to a 2 year deal.

    So it's.....

    Syndy
    DeGrom

    Vargas
    Matz
    Harvey
    Wheeler
    Gsellman
    Lugo

Six dudes for 3 spots. Not countimg on guys coming back from injury. Pretty telling. Mets signing another middle of the class FA.

Still like Over 80 1/2 wins for this team. They had 70 last year. Tons of injuries to the pitching and to conforto and cespedes. Marlins are much worse. John Smoltz was very high on the Mets on MLB network last night. He said they are a 90+ win team. IdK.

I think they're not sure so they are compiling arms to find out. Not taking any chances.

Harvey is in his contract year his second season from Tos surgery. He will never be as dominat as he once was but it's possible he could be adequate. Wheeler's arm has problems. He went for injectioms in his stomach for 6 months to strenghten his bones.

    Matz is very fragile.

Lugo has a partial tear in his ucl.

Callaway and eiland along with a new medical staff hopefully helps.
