Probably 5 million dollars in action and then hold 1 percent of win.

So if you make $50,000, you are making 25 percent of what a fireman in Orange County makes, which is 200,000 for that fake hero that works 10 days a month and literally sleeps on job 80 hours a month.

    Some perspective, people.

    Took me a second.

My favorite Rocker quote was authored in 2011, "Yeah of course I was (using steroids). I mean, who wasn't? Let's be honest here, who wasn't?"

How many gamblers put their life on the line like a firefighter?

You brought up gamblers vs firefighters. A lifeguard can go summers without rescuing anyone either.

You have a odd fascination for what people make. You want lower taxes, move to Bozeman, MT.

The line to be a scumbag tout is longer....some sneak through the cracks....

Wish you would approach a Cali fireman with your camera and tell him to his face that he doesn’t work hard...

you can make 50K a lot easier than that scalping baseball. You can average close to 3.5% Roi which means maybe 1.75 mill or so in action.

But with crytpos that isnt necessary anymore you can make 50K on 5K if you are lucky and pay attention. Of course until it all comes crashing down that is but that isnt going to be for a little bit yet.

Is part of the reason why Cali is bankrupt! Classic example of a frugal socialist State.

Don’t they get a huge pension after 20 years?

I was in Napa this past weekend and some of the sights were shocking. Maybe some firemen are lazy, but those in the North Bay earned their money the past 6 weeks.

Have a brother in law who is a Captain at a smaller city in the Bay Area and he makes 140k a year. Their team went down to Florida to help with the hurricane for two weeks, but got 8 days off when he got back.
On their down time they watch movies, workout, and cook up 3 tasty meals a day.

33 replies so thought this was a gambling thread about grinding. Took a left turn somewhere
into Backdraft discussion. Wantit is right in that working the scalp at bases and other sports
is a good path to consistency. Time intensive but builds winning skills.

1% is setting the bar pretty low.
