You're correct, I should've had it. Running ice cold in this thread.
Will try a couple of late paddock picks at keeneland today.
Paddock picks to me are based just on paddock appearance and behaviour.
    let's go.

I'd like to book Caton Bredar's paddock picks.

As Jimmy the Greek would say,"well that was today. Let's go to tomorrow."

Looking forward to a big weekend at keeneland.

True personal account of racing luck, by Neveragain.

It was a warm sunny morning on Saturday February 6th, 1993 in Hollywood, Florida where I started my day with a Denny's full breakfast.

I had spent my vacation enjoying the south Florida weather, betting horses at Gulfstream each day and the Hollywood dogs each night.

I was despondent and feeling betrayed by the gambling gods after too many days of losing.
My confidence was low and I needed to score.

Finally I found a horse that was ready to win. All l had learned over the years was brought to bear. This would be a remarkable day.

I would place my bets at the Jai alai fronton in Palm Beach, then watch some live LPGA golf nearby. Headed to Clearwater that evening.

Northbound on #I95 with the radio up.DuranDuran Ordinary World. My horse was entered in the 1st race. Feels like yesterday.

My plan was doomed when traffic gods conspired with gambling gods to seal my fate. Yet another fiasco was imminent because of traffic.

Finally arrived, parked car and walked inside. I knew I missed my race. Felt like I was about to have a major dental surgery.

My horse, Bobbies Calm, paid $35.20 and I missed it.

    I still think about it.

Gamblers, especially horseplayers, mismanage the clock all the time.

    Maddening.

    Thanks for sharing, Neveragain.

    Felt like a therapy session.

Both of my selections ran well today, but not well enough to win.
Looking at more selections for keeneland tomorrow.

We're playing the horses at Keeneland today.

Keeneland race 9 $2 win #3 CATINATI 5:30 post time

This gelding, like fine wine, looks to be improving with age.
Had some good efforts at Turfway this winter.

CATINATI failed today and was probably reaching too high above his winning range and ability.
The off going may have also been a factor in his poor showing
    today.

    Taking a break tomorrow.
Back Wednesday with more picks from keeneland.
Will be looking for some live maidens and first time starters.

    "Bombs away" at Keeneland today.

Sire and grand sire were good at 2

Weiland attended the early pace but gave way with 3/16th remaining to finish 5th at 39-1 odds.
He showed early foot and put forth a good effort, which is some consolation at least.

    C
alvin BOREL had 2 winners and Gary Stevens had one winner at Keeneland today.
Congrats to the veterans who can still compete with the very best.

We're playing the horses at Aqueduct today.

Keeneland has been very tough with random first time starters and maidens.
You can go broke throwing darts with these types.

Aqueduct race 4 $2 win #13 ANYTHING PAZIBLE 3:07 post time.

ANYTHING PAZIBLE is dropping today after battling against higher class of claimers all winter.
Looked strong at end of last passing runners after crossing the finish line.

From the barn of trainer Robert Falcone with an impressive 32% win rate.

For the uninitiated, Neveragain competed in the racing edition of EOG's Grand Challenge last June and conquered the challenge when 53-1 longshot Flatter the Queen outran 10 opponents in the nightcap of a Friday card under the lights at Churchill Downs.

Neveragain completed the ultimate Hail Mary.

Good luck to everyone at EOG gambling on sports tonight.
