Pujols has lost his speed and has almost become a problem on the bases. That won't get any better either as He slows down even more.

High Times is spot on with that one. Pujols has always ignored the coaches and got away with it most of the time....but the last two years he was out more than he was safe on these types of plays.

I shake my head now watching Scioscia manage the bullpen......does he know that
Takahashi can't get lefties out any more......they killed him last year and hitting
over .290 this year. The game was over when he entered then he adds insult to
injury putting in a confidence lacking Jepsen who promptly gives up a hit.
I guess putting in Walden with 1 out (9th) looking for the K with two men on was
of the question. Scioscia might be signed thru 2018 but I doubt he makes it after
this year if they don't make the playoffs another year.

I think he gave up 0 er in that start too. Hitting better in this series, but that might be because they have gotten to face Blackburn, Liriano and Hendricks
