OK, Jeff, follow along.... I'll type real slow so you can follow. The winner of each round MUST get 10 pts. The loser of each round gets LESS than 10 pts. At the end of the fight, they add up the total pts and the boxer with the most points is the winner. If they have the same amount of points then it's called a draw. Got it? Before you ask 'why' they score boxing like this, I have no idea. Why don't you start another thread asking why does tennis score their matches starting with love and then go up 15 to 10 pts at a time instead of starting with 0-0 and going up 1 pt at a time. That should give you another couple of weeks of material.
