As automatic as it has been for the WNBA allstars to be favored massively over any country they play, i really like the Canadians to keep this easily within this number. They'll slow the tempo the way they do limiting the turnovers and fast break easy buckets for the US. As the case in earlier games played, hitting their outside shots will be the key since they lack the inside game, especially against the stars on the US. But, i think just as they did against the Aussies, grit and pride will keep Canada from throwing in the towel even being down by 20+ throughout the entire game.

Auzzies need a convincing win, as the 2nd ranked team in the world they have looked anything but up to this point. Cambage and Jackson should have huge games and i just can't see the Chinese keeping this close. Big line for a team who hasn't looked so good thus far but i think they come out with intent today...

Australia wins by 15, and their 40-24 2nd half margin was not enough to push this to a win, as China actually led by 1 at half...brutal.

Ignore FIBA rankings and wrong team is favored in this one. Russia ranked 3rd in the world, Turkey 21, and yet favored by only 3. Turkey the surprise darkhorse team of this women's tourney and think they outclass the overrated Russian squad.
