Re: 5k on the White Sox

Looks like Stu will lose 5k on White Sox.

The White Sox are losing in the bottom of 8th inning, 5-2.

These are all the guys in NYC/NJ area who don't pay their bookmakers.

Now they have to go post up at Monmouth.

Final score: Indians 5 White Sox 2.

EOG contributor Valuist submitted a selection today in EOG's Best Bet thread on UNDER 8.5 runs, a winner before dinner.

Just what we need after the historic ruling...Stu Feiner as poster boy for sports gamblers. And you wonder why the general public frowns on us.

Re: 5k on the White Sox

Jim Feist, Danny Sheridan, Mike Warren and Wayne Allyn Root were the big names in the early 1980's when I fell in love with sports betting.

I suspect even with William Hill's policies on limiting big bets, and tossing players, Stu's bets will always be accepted.

When Stu Feiner comes with $$$$, and bookie who likes money removes any and all limits.

I don't think he even bet 5k.. I could be wrong. He probably bet both sides to promote his business. Which would bring even more business down the road. He was wrong in the jersey news but still smiling.

                        Good point, MrTop.

A new twist on an old variation: Touts betting both sides of a game for promotion's sake.
