It takes a micro second to push a button and transfer funds these days. BOS says they're trying to get "their" money from processors. What's the hold up? It's been more than a month since final court papers signed removing the alleged legal encumberances which they claim kept processors from releasing our funds to bos for payment. Leave out the "O" when abrevietting Betonsports!

The only possible thing that would get players some money is a plea bargain between the principles and the DOJ. Get the players paid and a deal is done. But, the DOJ doesn't want that - they want the players to get boned so they can slow offshore gambling down.

I am surprised that some sort of bailout for the US customers has not happened yet from another book. That is a lot of potential customers right there. Sure the new book will lose something out of it but attach a 10x rollover or something and you at least get some new customer action out of it.

i think/hope that another book(s) will offer a u.s. bailout.
instead of sitting and waiting forever - offer a full deal now with a 5x rollover.
that would be best for everyone involved but obviously bos has been against that for whatever reason. if cris can have the non-u.s. stuff for next to nothing then why not the u.s.?

i am fully aware that anyone wanting the customer lists has gotten them by now through sleazy means; but having a list and having customers are 2 different things.

Im starting to lose all hope lately, I cant get any info on BoS these days at all. The phones are disconnected, and im not hearing anything from ex-employees which are still owed money as well. The antiguan courts stopped BoS from selling any more assets which is probably just a way to help them cover everything up. We should here something before the hearing in Jan., If not we should start letting the DOJ hear about every hour untill they do something for us.

I keep chacking my Neteller account for my refund from BOS( LOL).Keep hoping for a Christmas surprise(or miracle).With every passing day odds decrease from seeing money from these low lifes.
