Prediction for Sunday - Duke will be the biggest square play on the board

Out of all the college hoops for Sunday, Duke -pts has square player trap written all over it to me. It doesn't mean to automatically take St. Johns or anything but I think it could be best to take the Red Storm or pass there.

Thoughts?

My thoughts are, if you want a shot at the title of biggest square play, you have to go through north carolina!

North Carolina,Louisville and Memphis those are real square.

I saw most of that game and it was bad for sure. Duke is hot but it's an out of conference road game that could throw things off a little for them. The line just seems a couple of points jacked up but for sure not way off. And square plays can win - no doubting that also. The point was just to mention that I felt it was a square play that would probably have at least 75-25 action on it. The line should even go up higher from that.

Overall, I'd stick to either passing or taking the Red Storm. Just seems like with a smaller card of games on the board, the squares will be the ones on Duke here and I'd avoid jumping on that boat.

I'm going to stay away from the duke/st. johnnycakes game myself.

I will be fading two public consensuses on conference away faves, and taking maryland and arizona state.

St Johns is not as bad as people think and Duke isnt as good as people think either. I gotta agree with pipe, I think UNC is going to be a huge square play as well as Duke and Louisville.

I wouldnt bet against Memphis in conference play, paticularly at home. They are so much better then everyone else in thier conf. and they love to run it up. Just doesnt make sense fadin them. I aint sayin play them iether though...Also dont try and fade Kansas...Those two teams and UNC can make you feel real stupid for betting against them. And they can do it quickly...
