Re: Can Bodog send unpaid balance to collection agency?
<hr style="color: rgb(43, 41, 94);" size="1">They will not send it to a collection agency - they may threaten to but wont. Gambling debts are unenforcible - if you went to vegas and stiffed them on your markers they couldnt do anything about it either
</td></tr></tbody></table>
JeffR and the others are correct, an unpaid marker to a NV casino can send your ass to jail. I know of a guy that owed a casino a mid 5 figures marker and he didn't pay it due to a dispute. He was pulled over about a year later and there was a warrant from NV for his arrest. He spent 10 days in county jail until he got the marker paid and the warrant cleared. And they weren't in a hurry to due the paperwork in NV either.

I didn't picture you as a stiff, Sean.
The bottom line is that if you don't pay your gambling debts then your word doesn't man shit, IMO.
