Last week the reps were telling people expect 10-12 day waits on payouts..
Sunday I did an online chat with a rep who told me the payment processor was up and running and they are clearing the back log and that all was fine and not to worry...

Today ...I was told by this one rep I keep getting that..I should not have been told that the processor was working (is it a company or a printer or a ribbon or what..what is a processor?) that it was not working and there are "delays"

The rep today got mad when I asked him who were the customers to believe and I asked if we were being stiffed...

SO who thinks sportsbook.com is stalling..slowpaying or will actually pay and are just waiting on the "processor"

I have all the chats saved to prove this.

And what is funny about all of this is that I have deposited maybe 200 in a month and have turned it into about 2500. I have been hitting parlays which I never do...I hit a 3 team NBA parlay friday..50 for 300..I hit a 3 teamer last night...alot of incredible wins...but it is meaningless if I , we don't get paid...

Does anyone agree offshore seems to be dieing? So much trouble to deposit and withdraw..Not knowing if a book will be in business from day to day..what a HELL

It seems sportsbook.com is not really giving a straight answer on anything concerning payouts lately. Back in January it was still really smooth there - I got a check payout with no problem in a week, even after the whole Neteller mess started. It is obviously getting more difficult these days and they will probably lose some customers because of it.

I'm in the same boat...had a crazy blackjack run around 2/19...first e-mail back said there was a "slight" delay and I'd have to wait 10-12 days. Got another e-mail today saying there's an "unusual" delay....same e-mail with only that change in wording. Did read something on another site today from someone who got a check yesterday after getting the 10-12 day delay message. Would like to hear from anyone else having same problems.

i think they're in a contract dispute with nikki cox and it's holding up player disbursements. i'm just telling you what i heard.

I disagree with that. I've won a decent amount from them and was always paid without a problem. And still even given good reload bonus offers to come back despite payouts and being on the plus side.

They drag out payoffs if you win and the more you win they will SLOW down the graded results . I haven't played there in over a year because of it.

I don't think that's true, I've always found their grading to be consistent, major sports fast, other stuff slow.

sportsbook.com is the best disguised scam on the net...

They were absolutely fine until this problem. I had payouts from them in January with no problems, and played with them for 2-3 years before that (Well not them, but a clone book).

I've moved my action there over to BetUK now, who have no such problems and have sterling accounts.

thats simply not true... read up on this group on SBR & the various forums, they've had more than their share of issues over the years. historically most players don't have problems, but the rub is that when a player actually has a problem or dispute of any sort, god help 'em... their customer service in the past is hideous -- their CSRs can't communicate with management or accounting or anyone who might be able to answer anything, and you can't talk to anyone but CSRs. in such cases players might as well call radioshack for assistance.

I agree that they are inconsistent, but not a scam. I've always been paid, but not without problems. Their CSRs are not very helpful and (as janus has said) you cannot talk to anyone else higher up. The loss of Neteller put most offshore sites in a bind and is causing headaches and delays at all levels.

CSR was bad yes, I should have said absolutely fine on payouts. I had one issue with them, when they were merging accounts, which was sorted out satisfactorily.

There were I know a few problems with grading bets on minor sports, if you were at a brand that didn't have a decent owner for the clone.
