At the Omni/GA Dome when the Undertaker came out.... man it sent Chills down your spine...... then his adversaries would come out and get just as big of a reaction......... It is nuts....

If I had to make a prediction, I'd say Undertaker wins. I don't think Edge is the right guy to end the streak with - just my own opinion. It might not be a clean pinfall win, but maybe a DQ win.

The Undertaker's WM streak is something really special and gets publicized every year. Every year, it always seems like he's old to keep going or whatever but the streak just continues. I'd say until his career is at an absolute end, they have to keep the streak going.

I think the Big Show vs Floyd Mayweather match is such a joke. Any boxer vs wrestler type matches over the years have always been a failure and this one will be a DUD - you can count on it. Hard to say how they will end it and who would win. I can't picture Floyd Mayweather's ego agreeing to get booked into any sort of loss - even for lots of cash. It really doesn't hurt the Big Show any if he loses since no one cares much about him anyway. So I'd say Mayweather ends up getting a cheap sort of win but maybe some funny post-match crap happens where he gets humiliated somehow.

I don't think The Undertaker has aged in the ring much, still at the very top of his game.

With almost every WM title match there is always a clear pinfall of some kind, Edge will be clearly pinned IMO in classic Undertaker fashion!

No way the streak ends here,I think like tyou said it will be towards the end of his career, maybe some up and coming phenom, it won't be some established wrestler halfway thru his own career, I don't think.

I met this dude at a Lyon's, like a Denny's after a match at Arco Arena. I think he said his name was Mark. Great big monster dude, like 7 foot. I guess he was all size and a pea brain like a dinosaur, cause he seem 5 cans short of a six pack. Was in the mid 90's if I remember correct. He was cool to us though and was actually a nice guy. He did not tip either. Stiff.

since titles usually change hands at wrestlemania, i suppose i will go with the consensus here and say undertaker.
but since i primarily root for heels and i don't much care for undertaker i will be rooting the other way. also i am sick of the "streak" and think it is ridiculous that they make guys like undertaker seem larger than life even though he's hardly ever the champ.

i was at the 3 hr raw here in milwaukee on monday, and dirty you are right about undertaker coming out in person. i go to wwe every time it's here just for stuff like that - great entertainment.

The Undertaker's electricity to the ring and the entire legend of the undertaker is what makes him larger than life....he is what it's all about and has earned that respect.....they don't just hand you that kind of status, he has paid for it and earned it as a performer, pro wrestling is as much art as it is anything....despite stiffing Denny's like Frog said the Undertaker has earned it.

How could anyone know yet who's gonna win? the match hasnt happened yet.....

Lots of things can effect the outcome....one of the wrestlers might find a hidden chair mysteriously left under the apron around the ring....one of the guys could "sneak" some brass knuckles into the ring.....one guy might 'accidentally" slip when going to the top rope.....what if one of the guys is thrown from the ring and accidentally falls through a table, then a television monitor accidentally falls on his head....

these matchups are tossups with all the intangibles, its too risky to predict who will win, til the match is over....

And god forbid one of them would pin the other for a 3 count, but the referee is knocked out and "unable" to count him out....(it could happen)

*triple h wins the title in the triple threat match (cena will be off in mid-may filming "12 rounds" and will return to battle hhh)
*umaga/batista match ends controversially, umaga switches to smackdown where he beats batista and sets up summer slam match vs undertaker

but the absolute lock would've been jeff hardy losing his title on monday here in milwaukee, since he received a 60-day drug suspension.
i told some kids i was sitting next to i would give them each $50 if jeff hardy kept the title. they seemed pretty excited about the "opportunity" which had a 0% chance.

He's certainly earned it. He came up the hard way early on and fought through the small time regional promotion stuff before finally he getting a decent break in WCW during 1990 as "Mean" Mark. I saw him wrestle live a few times that year and everyone knew felt had some good talent. Then when he started in WWF, he got the Undertaker gimmick and it would turn out to be one of the biggest gimmicks ever. Won the WWF title after only being there a year and that kind of push was unheard of back then. A lot of guys that get pushed too fast fizzle out just as fast, but not him. Still a big draw after many years.

Wrestling just depressed me and bores me miost of the time. I don't even like the actual "wrestling". I just prefer to watch the promos and people talking. All of the extra wrestling crap is just boring.

The Greek use to offer wrestling bets for the big PPV events like Wrestlemania - only a $50 maximum though. I remember risking $250 to win $50 that John Cena would beat The Big Show at WM XX. -500 but it won.

They also went through a phase of occasionally offering action on Monday Night Raw's main event each week and even some of the TNA televised matches.

I think 5Dimes offered some WWF bets sometimes also. BetOnSports and some of the squarer books occasionally put up odds also at low maximums.

i get a kick out of those $50 maximums on things with pre-determined outcomes.
i remember being in vegas when they offered bets on "who shot mr. burns" from the simpsons. there must be 1000 people with knowledge ahead of time on stuff like that.
i remember bodog posting survivor odds and you could always tell who the final 2 were going to be because they were 2-1 or 3-1 and the rest of the field was like 15-1. then after years of this they caught production/editing guys betting on it and lowered the maximums down to $50 or so.

Mark Calloway is Not much shorter than 7 Feet tall. I met him here at a wrestling show when he was part of the Sky Scrapers with Golden Boy Danny Spivey when he was Mean Mark in WCW. Spivey was 6'8" and Mark was Taller than him by a few Inches.

His agility has really been something over the years. Easily one of the best "super heavyweight" workers in the ring of all time for someone with his height and size. To be one of the best in the business for a long time like he has, it's not just the gimmick and showmanship that does it. He's even had opponents that are much worse at working matches than he is and made something out of it - he's brought the best out of opponents that sometimes would otherwise be a lot more dull to watch.

He's even had opponents that are much worse at working matches than he is and made something out of it - he's brought the best out of opponents that sometimes would otherwise be a lot more dull to watch.

Absolutely, and this is also a very important element and credit to his ability, to make something out of nothing with some of the goofballs they have setr him up with, when Khali first broke in it was painfully evident Taker was carrying the entire match...there have been many others too...he is one of a kind, and at that size just sets him above just about everyone IMO.

He may be the best ever when you take everything into consideration...I didn't expect last year WM match with Batista to be that great, because The Animal is limited, but they both really delivered, one of his better matches IMO...

Nothing was wilder than the matches with Mick Foley though, good lord, it did not get any more over the top then those matches!

I met him, shook his hand and I am six foot. In shoes he was 7 foot, no doubt. No exaggeration. Probably stocking feet 6 11. He was not some some big lug, he was built proportionately, and solid, even moved like an athlete. He was not stuck up either, he signed for fans and generally yucked it up with all the cops that ate there. He actually made them laugh. Ina sport of frauds and ballooned up medium sized guys, he is legit.

Yeah, El Gigante (Giant Gonzales in the WWF) could not wrestle for crap. He was an Argentinan basketball player who tried out for the Atlanta Hawks and Billionaire Ted's company thought they'd make him a wrestler instead. Was a draw when he started out just because of how big he was, but even the WWF's eventual marketing hype on him could not make up for such bad ability in the ring.
