Well to be completely winless maybe not...

The 1979 Orioles won over 100 games... back when they were great in the late 60's to late 70's under Earl Weaver were notorious slow starters, in fact the 1979 WS team started 3-8 as I recall and then won 8 straight games, this is best I can remember it, I use to record every game in a book.
