Sounds like a lot of issues over there. I see no problem with everyone coming over here to discuss, and stay. All it takes is a day or two, and you will be hooked.

I like it here besides the non capping bullshit. Can't stand threads about "whose tits", "rate her, blah blah blah.". Thats what a "Arts and Entertainment" forum is for. Not the "Online sportsbooks and Gambling Discusssion" forum.
So while their was no trade, all SBR lost was, some posters that posted often but didn't post any real handicapping information. Not a terrible loss. John is right in that these forums have to produce for their sponsors. If they are paying a flat fee for advertisements then they need to see some return. If sponsors are only offering some great % on losses of the bettors they bring in, then the forum can do as they wish, but these new posters(bullshitters) won't bring em' to the deposit window.
What EOG needs to do, if they want to be a "handicapping/offshore gambling" portal is bring in some of the top tier cappers, not bullshitters who can sit behind a computer all day to post bullshit.

** The above is just a opinion from someone who has been around a little bit. No matter the bullshitters, or the cappers, I'll stick around to provide some good picks and provide for some people that need to tail in the slow season. Not here to run the show, just create it.Take care.

OK RPM. Last time I remember you saying that was when you were defending the TOW Rokkie project. I can get the thread if you want a walk down memory lane.

This place can be all paid posters I wouldnt care. What concerns me is take the last dispute when BetUS stiffed a player for $18k. Paid posters were jumpimg in the thread saying the book did no wrong. Very bad and very dangerous. The book has since paid, thru a payment plan I might add. Hopefully in the future the paid posters can just avoid dispute threads.

Hey tony, since eog has its paid posting group in place I have an idea. Why dont we(EOG and SBR) set the "Who's on" the website timers to the same as theRx? Then we can all see the real progress EOG is making or lack thereof in real time vs SBR and theRx? Lets see how strong you guys believe in this paid poster stradegy.

lets make this an even better place than it is. i used to say nothing bad about sbr, but bill changed that tonight. i go out to take care of a friend and come back and get some email about how SBR made up my contest. He said i had a minor role and ....eh, nvm. im not pleased, but thats fine.

Much appreciated. I was told i had little to do with it and now SBR is going to try and make it their own. Thats fine, im glad they liked it, but come on. John preached integrity to me and i get a tad defensive when the opposite is shown to me the moment i leave. SBR had less than zero to do with that, i was specifically told that sbr would have nothing to do with it and that i dont represent their site. thats fine, so i made it up, made it work, my friends helped out, and i was up till 3am each night with lines, texting, and trying to help everyone out. i sent reminders when people weren't posting and i gave everyone my info so i could help anyone 24 hours a day. Oh well, its good to have learned and we'll make something awesome here.

As for big john, he just pops his head in from time to time and asks how everyone is. He asked me about my regular life more than he did anything else. He treated me like he'd been a friend for years.

Im so frustrated I suggest we all set the public real-time counters the same so EVERYONE can see the progress LOL. I mean its silly for the eog to show 2403 in the main forum in the middle of the night and SBR does it too to a less extent. Lets set them all the same, both sites. Any paid posters agree? Gyno is that ok with you?

Sir, I believe this suggestion has been brought up many times over the years and no one has ever done it. Does it REALLY matter if any "paid posters" agree. It is not anyone's decisions but Shrink's as to what the counter is set at here.

I work for eog now, but at no point, unless something changes drastically, will i be on board with anyone suggesting anything negative about John. I have met him, ive talked to him about damn near everything, and he has given me all his time whenever ive needed. his replies are always sincere, well thought out, and clear. i haven't known him for all that long, but what ive known is 100% class. really...thats putting it modestly.

I think it would be cool to have Rx, EOG and SBR all set the same so everyone could see and compare traffic. Yes? No? See thats the problem with paid posters, they have to check with the boss to know their opinion.
