total bullshit and i didn't bet him, stud fees? he still will get a ton. 38-1 is no fix, that horse was supposed to be the pace horse, i have been saying it all week....start with the jockey .....

I think Kent's instructions were, try to save the horse, and if you feel anything unsound, pull him up and walk him home. Sleeping horses produce no stud fees. And no, it would not have changed his fees much had he won, would have got first purse money and triple crown bonus, peanuts compared to syndication stud money. I don't know about glad he lost. I am glad he did not have to get put to sleep is all.

I just left Laguna Beach J-man. You should see the way they looked at me when I told them I was from Oklahoma. Like it is a 3rd world country or something. I told the I had to get back to "tend the farm". :)

A day like today sure opens my eyes to how great that horse was.

We took a few pics. Nothing too fun. Went out last night looking but couldn't find anything that suited the Mrs tastes. :(

i didnt mind him losing just wish him and casino drive both were healthy. Would of been a great race. Glad the 38-1 came thru for its bettors.
