math Im very good at. calcualting probabilities, overlays and things its fun. I just wish it was enough to make cash in horse racing hich is my number one passion but with high track take out its almost not possible to win and those that do make almost nothing. and exchanges for USA are not high volume to get anything going!

contests I like to post up and focus on , keeps me sharp.

OK if you want the truth "You cant handle the truth thruth truth"

OK if you want the truth this is true... I found RX.com many many many years ago and became a reader. I was just learning the characters there and sort of noticed that I was drawn to the characters there, those that had something individual about them. I wanted to do something that would stick out, sort of be my signature. I also wanted an easy screen name.

trytrytry is a good on for a gambler or any hobby/job. MESSAGE is
Keep at it.....Also people often for special emphasis write things in 3's so I can play off that (as you notice)

so I came up with trytrytry and then in many posts put things in 3's for emphasis and fun.......

thats it!

Re: A question for Try3

you guys are nice. what do you want? ha ha ha

contests for me came a few years into forum life early on I would enter and be a non factor in a few. At rx Fishhead really had an impact on me. When he would post about looking at the entire offering of a sportsbook to find overlays, props, lines, everything, entering so many contests he needed index cards to stay organized (I never took it that far), the pinny lean and how to use it, the specifc value of the money line value of 1/2 points, just a guy how looked at gambling and took the gamble out as in trying to only play positive expecation wagers. I thought I can do this so much better then I was doing and have some fun and get some cash.. HE and others but especailly fishhead had a major impact on my development as an offshore player ove the past 12 years or so. I have not been to Vegas (house of the negative expectation wager for 13 years for example).....

Re: A question for Try3

that time a few years ago I quit and I thought I was done. I never thought with what I learned I would binge and toss so much up to random luck and such a large stake. I revenge bet, and lost. Frustrating after learnign so much and developing so much insights to make $$$. I know now that I was also struggling then with some other things at the same time and that was a release I needed in some ways to get things in order. so you and rx are stuck with me now!

That is pretty much what I did! I did it once in 2002, I had won all year and blew my entire year long winning in a matter of ten days, 'stepping up' it took me 4 years to get back to where I was and of course last yr with SO much going on outside of actual wagering I imploded... said fuck it and of course regret it, but that is exactly what happened.

glad you stuck around.
