I realize that but if I remember correct the ads were few and far between the entire time and were all gone before he left.

His low road approach failed miserably, I can't even remember a single post of his talking about a sport....and starting a forum in that golden time period, it couldn't have been a better time to blossom.
I should have left X in early 2006 , if I had to do it again.

That place was just total junk. Riaders would start a thread attacking The Shrink, the general or the Frog. The usual ghosts would join in. Then a few free thinkers would chime in, raiders, you are worthless, I have to finally put you on ignore. At his own home forum. raiders free for all I am the main poster was a complete bust. No one wanted to post there. He sunk peeps faster than a cinder block tied to a bag of kittens.

Raiders tried to align himself with Peep, which from his standpoint was probably a good tactical move because he was already on the outs at the X....he battled Ken and McIrish and pretty much everything that the Rx had at the time, so obviously we all wanted to keep him banned even if anyone liked him it made no sense to allow him back we felt he would only be there to hype his TFZ ....he was clearly trying to do damage to the X, and we in the BR all were aware of it.

Funny how all this stuff comes full circle.

I think that most like the idea of some type of TFZ format. The only problem is when jealous guys, such as yourself, crap up the forum.

Agree with being a pain to the RX staff at the RX but hyping TFZ is wrong. There was never an attempt to do that until Dime asked me to open up my own site and I already had a lifetime ban at the RX.

I felt the same way when I was a kiss ass at the RX. Just too much tea-bagging. I am an outdoorsman kind of person. Up at 3:45 this morning to fish. Although it is my asshole therapy, I get to relax. Unknown variables and ability to recognize and adapt. Today the fish had moved from last trip, water dropped a foot and surface temp was much higher. Just like finding out what is hot and what is not. Try different baits, different spots and different methods, when you can't catch a thing, you try to remember a successful time but come up blank.
