Last night I had a glass of Groth Chardonay and Epsilon Shiraz - I drink it all though - I like beer too - I just have tried to slow down on it because wine has almost no carbs because the sugar converts to alcohol and beer is loaded with carbs - it's adds up over time and I'm trying to get skinny - I see those pics of J on the beach and think - if it could happen to him - it could happen to me
