Why is that suprising?

Tech doesn't play well non conference on the road.

This probably their toughest non conference Test in 3 years.

Nevada is extremely enticing getting +10.5 at home.. Public obviously in love with TT offense, probably not realizing how bad the defense is.

psu/ oregon st over 46.5 looks like stealing money! This Penn st D is nowhere near as good as last year so both teams will be moving the ball. People may be scared of the tropical storm going through but that will just be rain with little wind and Beaver Stadium has a well draining field so fire away!
