Erin will be the top woman in the whole industry - she can write her own ticket with whatver she wants to do. Can work for any network she wants to in any role.

Probably just a question of time before she takes a big contract somewhere else like NBC. Obviously ESPN has so much variety with what sports she can cover but I think money talks at some point.
