Philly has an advantage because they have 4 at bats to 3 for Tampa.
Tampa has the advantage because they got rid of Hamels. They cut off Samson's hair. New lease on life, playing with house money.

Obviously the Phils still have an advantage, they have an extra at bat.
This is almost a must win game for Philly now...obviously they don't want this to get back to the Dome.

You mean, other than the thousands of folks who got drenched? Well, the Rays had checked out of their hotel and couldn’t get back in. They had to bus to Wilmington, Del., about 30 miles away, to find lodging.

Why would they pay bettors for winners and losers when nobody won or lost? They want to decide who wins bets because they have this out dated rule that overides the actual games results.
