I dont know the streak now but get this on Google last nite talking to a buddy in Bloomington:

IU had student/athletes that medaled in the Summer Olympic games from 1932 up to 2004

Not sure in 04 or 08 but that's pretty damn interesting streak to say the
least

I found that amazing .... I know most folks won't but I did and not sure on
2004 and 2008

and the Hoosiers are ranked pre seasons favts in the Big 10 baseball?

The Big 10 has not had a National Champ in baseball since 1966 ...

ghees .... 43 yrs?


Yet .. they had a run if ya where Minnesota and MN won a decent
number of titles in the late 50s and 60s

College baseball is stacked against the Big 10, thanks to the weather. The wins by a upper midwest team in the CWS are few and far between.
