Rumeal James Robinson (born November 13, 1966, Mandeville, Jamaica) is a retired American professional basketball player at the guard position. He grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts and graduated from Rindge and Latin High School.

Rumeal played college basketball for the University of Michigan for three years. He average 14.3 points and 5.7 assists during his collegiate career. Rumeal is famous for hitting two crucial free throws with 3 seconds left in the 1989 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship game for the University of Michigan Wolverines against Seton Hall University.
