Cleveland should have scored more, too. Garko missed a grand slam by a couple feet. Choo smashed a ball with 1 out and the bases loaded... right at first baseman -- DP. Laffey did well getting out of jams. KC crushed the ball in the 8th and should have scored more. But covering -1.5 with a 6-1 lead in the 8th shouldn't be too much to ask. And even after blowing it in the 8th, Victor gives them back a 3-run lead. Then Crisp hits the ball 10 feet and DeJesus goes deep and they blow the -1.5 again. :doh1

Beltran on 2nd with 1 out. Castro hits a fly ball to right. Beltran tags. Ludwick makes a good throw but still not in time. Third baseman still tries to apply the quick tag and ball goes off his glove and bounces toward the mound. Beltran should score easily but he slows down at the end and doesn't slide. Molina, standing up, blocks the plate and Beltran, instead of sliding, steps on Molina's foot, never touching the plate. Out at home. Inning over. Cards score 2 in bottom of the inning to take the lead.

Yeah it's 1-1 now, but I'd actually say that the problem in this series is that SJ is getting the shit beat out of them. SJ is playing soft and aren't forcing Anaheim out of the crease. It's pissing me off. I'm on SJ as well. Couldn't keep them out of the crease again. Fuckers....
